5 Years Of Bulbbul, When I watched the film for the first time, I noticed two paintings hanging on the walls of the Badi Haveli: Damayanti and Jatayu Vadh, both painted by Raja Ravi Varma. Interestingly, if you observe closely, Anvitaa dutt also sets the narrative’s timeline around the same period when Raja Ravi Varma’s paintings gained prominence: the 1800s. But what truly amazes me is how cinematographer Siddharth Diwan draws inspiration from those paintings and beautifully recreates them on screen. #5YearsOfBulbbul
